Plain rules for using TimedPrep: what you get, what you pay, and what we do and do not promise.

1. Who we are
TimedPrep ("we", "us") is an online practice service for pre-employment cognitive tests, available at timedprep.com. It is operated by a sole proprietor based in Ukraine. Full legal and contact details are available on request at [email protected].
We are an independent practice tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Wonderlic, Inc., Criteria Corp, The Predictive Index, or any employer or recruiter.
By using the site, including the free tests, you agree to these terms.
2. What you are buying
Online practice material that you use in your browser. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to install. There are two products:

Upgrade. If you bought one exam, you can move up to "Exam + trainer" by paying the difference between the two prices. An upgrade does not restart the 12 months: access runs from the date of your first purchase.
Discount code. After you buy one exam, we may offer you a one-time code for 50% off a second exam. You can use it yourself or give it to someone else. A code works once, has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
Who writes the questions. Every question, explanation and figure is written by us, in the format of the test it prepares you for: the same question types, the same time limit, the same number of answer options. We do not have, and do not sell, the publishers' questions. The questions you meet on your employer's test will be different from ours.
3. Free tests
One full timed test per exam is free and needs no account. You may take it as often as you like for your own practice. The rules on copying in section 6 apply to the free tests too.
4. What we do not promise
- Practice improves speed and familiarity with the question types. We do not guarantee a particular score, a result on any employer's test, an interview or a job.
- Scores, percentiles, forecasts and comparisons shown on the site are estimates based on our own questions and on figures the publishers have made public. They are not results from the publishers and may differ from what your employer sees.
- Employers choose their own tests, versions, time limits and cut-offs. Check the invitation your employer sent you; if it differs from our description of the test, follow the invitation.
- We do not provide career, legal or medical advice, and we do not issue any certificate or credential.
5. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment is made to Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. Paddle sends your receipt and invoice.
Prices are one-time payments shown at checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: when your 12 months end, nothing is charged. Sales taxes are handled by Paddle and may be added depending on your location. The charge appears on your card statement as PADDLE.NET* TIMEDPREP.
6. Access and your account
- Delivery. Access opens immediately after payment, in your browser, and lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Signing in. There is no password. To sign in, enter the email address you used at checkout and we email you a 6-digit code. If you cannot reach that mailbox, you can restore access with your Paddle transaction number.
- One person. Access is for one person. Do not share your sign-in or use one purchase for several people.
- No copying. Do not copy, resell, publish, scrape or redistribute our questions, explanations, figures or cheat sheets. The material is protected by copyright. You may print the cheat sheet for your own use.
- We may suspend access if we detect sharing, bulk copying or automated downloading of the content; the refund policy still applies.
7. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if you have started no more than one paid full test and answered no more than 30 trainer questions. You do not need to give a reason. Write to [email protected]. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Errors in the material
Every answer is checked before it is published, but mistakes can still happen. If you think an answer or explanation is wrong, tell us which question it is at [email protected]. We check every report and correct a confirmed error within 24 hours of receiving it. This is a commitment to fix what is reported; it is not a promise that the material is free of errors.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the service is unavailable for a long period during your 12 months, contact us and we will extend your access.
10. Test names and trademarks
Wonderlic, CCAT, Criteria, PI Cognitive Assessment and The Predictive Index are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to say which test a set of practice material is designed for. Their use does not mean that the owners sponsor, endorse or have reviewed TimedPrep.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer in your country. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your access. We are not liable for test results, hiring decisions, lost income or other indirect losses.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date.
13. Contact and complaints
Questions: [email protected] or the contact page. We reply within one business day. Complaints are handled at the same address; if we cannot resolve a payment issue, Paddle's support can be contacted as Merchant of Record. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
