Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee: full price back if the product is not what you expected and you have barely used it.
Last updated October 14, 2026
Short version
If the product is not what you expected and you have barely used it, ask for your money back within 14 days and you get the full price. You do not have to give a reason. The free test never counts against you: take it before you buy.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have started no more than one paid full test and answered no more than 30 trainer questions (drills, level tests and the pace trainer together). This applies to both products, "One exam" ($29) and "Exam + trainer" ($49).
- No reason needed. You do not need to explain why or prove anything.
- Full price. You get back everything you paid, including any tax charged at checkout.
- The free test does not count. Test 1 of each exam is free for everyone, before and after you buy. Reading the cheat sheet does not count either.
We set a usage limit because the product is delivered instantly and in full: once the tests have been taken, they cannot be returned. Most people use this product for two or three days before one employer test, so a refund with no limit would be a free pass. The limit is stated here and next to the price before you buy, not hidden in fine print.
2. How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout. If you write from another address, include your Paddle transaction number (it is on your receipt) so we can find the purchase. One line is enough: "Please refund my purchase."
We reply within one business day. Your dashboard shows us how many paid tests and trainer questions were used, so there is nothing for you to prove.
3. How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. The original charge appears on your statement as PADDLE.NET* TIMEDPREP; the refund comes from the same name. Paddle may also consider refund requests directly under its own refund policy.
When a refund is issued, the access that was bought with that payment closes.
4. Upgrades and discount codes
- Upgrade. If you bought one exam and later paid the difference for "Exam + trainer", each payment has its own 14 days; the usage limit for the upgrade is the 30 trainer questions. Refunding the upgrade returns you to your one-exam access. Refunding the original purchase also refunds the upgrade and closes all access.
- 50% code. A purchase made with a discount code is refunded in the amount actually paid. If you refund the purchase that earned you a code and the code has not been used yet, the code is canceled.
5. If something is broken
After 14 days, or past the usage limit, purchases are not refundable simply because you no longer need them. But if the product does not work for you (it will not load, the payment went through but access did not open, or there is a serious error in the material), tell us at any time during your 12 months of access. We will fix it, extend your access, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it. The usage limit does not apply in this case.
6. Repeat refunds
We may decline a refund, or decline to sell again, where we see bulk copying or sharing of the content, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same person.
